For the consideration of participating in tours with Historic Tours of Texas in Huntsville, Texasand riding in the Joye Mobile party van, I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and any members of my family and/or friends, I agree to forever waive and release Historic Tours of Texas, its representatives, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers, from all risks, injuries, damages, causes of action, liability, rights, suits, demands, and expenses of whatever kind or nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, as a result of my use of and participation in any tours or activities of the Historic Tours of Texas.
Participants in the activities of Historic Tours of Texas assume all liability for all injury, damage, claims,demands, costs, attorneys fees, and suits that occur in any wat from Participants possession, occupancy and use of the Party bus. I am aware of and understand that visiting and participating in any tours may involve a number of risks for meAnd all members of my group, including physical injury, death, disease, property loss and other losses.
